The effect of ‘overflow’ and ‘background’ is different on BODY elements in HTML than on other elements. It may be that the exceptional handling of BODY in HTML is extended to BODY in XHTML1.

If the number is outside the range allowed by Unicode (e.g., “110000” is above the maximum 10FFFF allowed in current Unicode), the UA may replace the escape with the “replacement character” (U+FFFD). If the character is to be displayed, the UA should show a visible symbol, such as a “missing character” glyph (cf. 15.2, point 5).

5.11.2 The link pseudo-classes: :link and :visited

UAs may return a visited link to the (unvisited) ‘:link’ state at some point.

訳注：ドラフトでは:linkを適用するか、:visitedを適用するかをユーザーエイジェントが決めてよいとなっていました。
これにより、:linkが書かれていて:visitedが無いアンカーに対し、:linkが適用されるようになると思います。

その他、誤字脱字の修正と、
border/margin/paddingに関連するwidthやheight、min-width、min-height、float、の考え方について明記されています。
